Whether it is extensive repair or emergency assistance we have a dedicated team both in the office and on site to assist you. We pride ourselves in our ability to respond to your every need efficiently leaving you in the knowledge that you got the right man for the job.

How do we do it?

To make this service simple and straight forward we follow this system

Step 1. You place your order with one of our maintenance team members either by fax, email or telephone.

Step 2. Upon receipt your order will be logged in our system and allocated a specific reference number. This will allow you and us to keep track of every stage involved.

Step 3. We will allocate the job to one of our tradesmen. Should there be a delay we will notify you immediately.

Step 4. Upon completion of the work we will notify you.

Step 5. We will invoice you within 5 days from the completion of the job.
